Spotify has not been working properly on my Samsung tablet for about a month. I can play no more than two downloaded tracks at a time before the program freezes. If I'm lucky, there will be a pause for a couple of minutes and then it will play another track but even that is infrequent. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I have already tried reinstalling the app.

Thank you both for your replies. I did try a clean install and it was ineffective so I tried a factory reset. This seems to have been somewhat helpful although I am still dealing with interruptions to play and long load times. and am still getting extended pauses or crashes every three tracks or so. It seems particularly buggy when I wake it up mid-playback, although I suppose this may be fairly standard? It looks like my device never upgraded to Lollipop so I've eliminated that as a cause.
