Im using the samsung galaxy s4

Everytime i open spotify i receive a message saying 'Unfortunately, Spotify has stopped.'
Ive reinstalled the app, restarted my device yet it still crashes. Any other suggestions or how to fix this problem? Thanks.

Reinstall using the guide in my signature. There are some folders which are hard to remove and cause issues of not done so as part of a reinstall.
Please use the search feature before posting a problem/bug/idea.
