My Spotify isn't working. It keeps crashing every time and it's very slow. I have reinstalled it and taken out the battery has you say and tried it on other devices, it's still them same everywhere. I only use three different devices and in neither of them have I downloaded my music in and it's still slow and laging all the time!!

What device are you using? Can you try a clean install with the SD card removed to see if this is causing the issue?
