Crossfade not working

My problem is, that after a recent update, crossfade stopped working. Instead of mixing the two songs it just ends the played song 12 seconds (depends on the setting for crossfade) to early and immediately starts the next one.
I disabled Crossfade for now and the songs play until the end normally but I really want to use crossfade again.
