DTS Play-Fi

Cannot get Spotify to recognize DTS Play Fi (Arcam rPlay) on devices available. Will recognize Amazan Echo and Dot and Chromecast / Chromecast Audio. Am I missing anything? I have tried all the recommendations.

Do ou have the latest Play Fi app and a Premium spotify account?

Yes have Premium account. Even removed and reinstalled. Samsung Tab S and 7
not working under one login which is the main account. Under another login
works fine.

I have it working on Google Pixel C, Pixel XL and Nexus 9. Plan to try on
Google Nexus 7 tomorrow. Not the master account.
