Daily Mix 3 not working correctly

My Question or Issue

 Hello! My Daily Mix 3 has got the name 'Daniel Miller' instead of a list
of the artists in the playlist and the playlist is filled with songs I
would never listen to! All of the other 5 playlists are working
correctly. It seems like there is some crossed wires with someone else's
playlist! It has been like this for over a month.

You can see on the attachment that it is different to the others. Hope you can help, Josh
