My wife and I are new subscribers.  My android app gave me daily mix right away.  I just realized my wife has never seen hers.  Same smartphones on android.

Daily mixes are based on your listening habbits. Depending on how much music you are listening to you may get different number of mixes and for new accounts it may take some time to generate. Tell your wife to keep listening and it should appear in a few days.
