Deleting Cache and Data files

I tried to delete the data files but it keeps returning. Just so we're clear, I initially attempt to uninstall the app. I can't even format my sd card heck, can't even use it, it turns my sd card to write-protect.  Thank you. Really.

To start, can you let us know what device, operating system, and version of Spotify you're using? 

Also, have you tried reinstalling the app by following these exact steps?
