Descargas se borran

Tengo un huawei honor 8 y estoy teniendo el molesto problema de que descargo algún álbum y horas después de haberlo escuchado offline, busco en la biblioteca y se ha borrado, teniendo así que volver a descargar todo de nuevo!!! Mi teléfono corre con Android 7.0, y de espacio libre cuenta con 10 gb internas y 106 gb externas!!!

Apologies for the English response. Could you first try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app? If this doesn't work, we can try a few other things.
