Hello I have this problem where my device is not showing up I've tried everything and can't still connect.
What I've tried.
I should not that I have a comcast Cisco DPC3939 modem. I recently had it swapped out and I think that it caused this problem.
Also the Ip on my phone is different from my computer.

Okay so it turns out that it was being blocked by Windows firewall but that still didn't fix the problem so I contacted my ISP about my devices about being on different ip's and they fixed the problem within my router. Thanks for the help. Request to close this thread.
