My Question or Issue

Hello, i am a new user here. I just made an account and wanted to download the app but it says my device is not compatable. 

I tried some suggested solutions like updating Google play, cleaning catche and data, restart device after everything that were suggested in previous posts but nothing worked. 

Please help.

Hi there, I have the same problem on a Honor 10 Lite (Android 10 / EMUI 10 upgraded, even before with Android 9 / EMUI 9.1). Not sure why, because I had sideloaded the install of Spotify via third-party apk store and everything is OK. My plan is Free. Gabe
