'Different country' problem when logging in with Facebook

Hi. I recently returned to the UK, having lived in Spain for a while. I bought my Nexus tablet in Spain. Since I've returned, I can't login to Spotify on my Nexus using my Facebook login details. I get the following message: You appear to be trying to login to Spotify from a different country. My Facebook profile is set to the UK, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both apps but still I get the same message. Anyone able to suggest anything else I could try? Thanks!

cant seem to change country in free version it seems to be locked 😞

I cannot seem to change it there. The option doesn't look to be there.
