Disable Auto-play

How can we disable auto-play in the Android app?  I like to listen to podcasts while running and I don't appreciate it immediately playing older podcasts I've already heard.  Because it's so seamless it's often difficult to notice when this happens, so I'm paying far too much attention to the podcast and not satying in my groove.

Not even for me. How can I disable automatic Podcast playing?
