Disable Lock Screen?

I'm actually looking to use DashClock extensions to control Spotify behavior on my Galaxy S3, but every time I'm playing music the lock screen widget gets in the way of all my other widgets. I've looked all through the setting, but I can't see how to disable the widget. Anyone have suggestions?

There's no setting for this as far as I know.

Spotify, please enable us to disable the widget. I get accidental button presses when my phone is in my pocket due to this! This is horrible. Please make it optional
