Disappearing and changing music

Hi. I understand that when songs are removed from Spotify's library, Spotify automatically removes them from your saved music list, or tries to find an alternative. But is there a way of getting a list of all the music you have saved in the version you have saved it? I'd like to look through what has been deleted/changed.
