Release radar and discover weekly are not yet available. I have subscribed for Spotify premium since it's launch in India.  Thanks in advance

Hey @Satdroid, help's here. 

Some features such as Discover Weekly and Release Radar may not be available upon launch in your region. What you can do is to create an idea about it so other people can show their support. The more votes an idea gets, the more likely it is something will be implemented.

Ideas are however not entirely decisive, and implementation may depend on other factors. More on this here.
