...professional enough to track down an issue with offline song dissapearing???

And developers -- that can fix it?

Since topics with "offline songs deleted", "my music is gone" etc are always on forums top--but nobbody from spotify seems to care. Maybe this post will get their attention.

Comunity already narrows down when this issue occures. (for me its when phone switch off with open spotify app). Also there is  weird numbers of offline devices in a list (I have listed three android phones--but actually I have only one).

ps: Also, please, stop giving this advice about uninstalling/formatting/clearing.
IT DOESNT HELP. Just annoys people with this silly problem with your app...
