Double payment.

Double payment.

You guys have doubled up on payments a few times on me now. So it's nothing to do with hitting an upgrade button.. I think you should either refund the money or don't charge me what I've paid.. I'm Probably 2 or 3 months in advance with you guys.. Kinda stupid.
This is wrong you can't do that. Totally deleting and switching to Pandora.. You seem to have this issue alot.

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
