Double payments??

Double payments??

So there isnt a phone number for Spotify but I want to know why I have been charged twice this month for my account? This has happened 2 months in a row that on my phone bill statement I have paid for Spotify twice. This occasion it was paid on Saturday 31st Oct and then again on Fri 20th Nov.... so what the hell? That's not 4 weeks between payments and am I now going to be paying it twice in 3 weeks because if I am I will be cancelling it right now. I cannot afford to pay £20 p/m on top of my phone bill just for some bloody music. Ridiculous!!
