Dowloaded song dissappear

I have had a premium account for over a year now and I download most of my music to listen to offline. Ever 1/2 months my app removes my dowloaded offline access. The tracks are still there but not available offline? I have had 3 different phone and it does this with all of them. I have tried removing the app and redownloading it with no luck. I am using version 500956 on an android phone. I'm sick fed up of having to re download all of my music and I'm not getting the proper premium access.

Yes becoming really annoying paying for premium and then data charges that shouldnt be!. How do i stop this from happening! Thanks
