Download for offline playing on data network

Hi.

I use Spotify on my Android smartphone and since a long time it doesn't allow me to download my playlists when I'm not on a wifi network.

There's an option in to change this setting, but doesn't change anything at all.

Devs should do something about it, instead of "correcting" invisible heisenbugs. If I want to use my data to download music, I should be allowed to!

Hello. If you're using a dual sim phone, try physically swapping over the two sims. Other users have said that their data sim has to be in slot 2 for downloading over cellular data to work.

Thank you for your help! It works but at long term, this is not a solution for me.

I hope they will correct that bug now...
