My Question or Issue

Hi. I use Spotify Premium on 2 Android devices. I can't download any songs to either of those. 

App says I have to many songs downloaded. But I have none. I already have reinstalled Spotify on both devices.

Memory settings on both devices show for Downloads only 3 MB (even without downloaded songs) .

Devices are not in energy save mode. 

100 GB are free directly on device. 

Device is online with wifi.
