Sorry to know you're running into this issue. I checked around a bit, and according to this thread, it seems there are users of certain devices that this happens to, but the Spotify team has unfortunately not been able to recreate the problem. My best advice would be to try performing a clean reinstall, and if that doesn't work, there are a few other tricks mentioned in that first thread I linked to that could be of use.
