My Question or Issue

I've activated mobile downloads, but Spotify doesn't download and still wants me to activate it in settings.

Hey @Cracky_310 🙂

 

Please go ahead and follow these steps:

 

  • Sign out, then sign back into the Spotify app
  • Do a soft reset (Power off, then power the device back on)

Still the same problem

Looks like its a with the Dual SIM.

If i deactivate one SIM Card the download works just normal.

 

Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply. In this case, this looks like an issue with your network. I would fix this issue with your network provider or your device manufacturer, since it seems to be working with one SIM.
