Downloaded content doesn't appear

I downloaded around half of the songs I have in My Music, but, after I expended around 1 gigabyte of my mobile data, spotify doesn't show me any downloaded song

I've the same problem. Since my tablet (nvidia shield) has upgraded unto android 6, every time I closed the app I losed all offline songs.

I tried with new reinstall spotify. I'v seen that also closes the session (I've to enter my pass every time I close the app) and loses my settings.
