Downloaded playlists effected by "Mobile Network Settings"

Hi,

Downloaded playlists are effected by Android Settings.  Only when I select "Mobile Network Settings -> Data Enabled" can downloaded playlists be played (otherwise they're grayed out).  The problem is sporadic.
