Downloaded playlists inactive on Kindle Fire

Downloaded playlists inactive on Kindle Fire

Today all of my downloaded playlists became unavailable on my Kindle. Yesterday they were fine.

The playlists are all starred active but when I access one the tracks are all inactive.

I have tried rebooting the device but with no result.

I am not connected to a wireless network at the moment but I haven't been for a fortnight now.

Does anyone know what might have happened?

Can you try going online for a minute to see if they start working again?

I am not able to connect to a wireless network right now. I am using a computer with mobile broadband.

OK. If your Kindle was offline for 30 days, any downloaded music becomes inaccessible until you go online again. Next chance you get, get spotify online and, hopefully, everything will work again.
