Downloading Issues, International

Hi there,

First, could someone knowledgeable have a look into this unaddressed issue:

It seems to be unlike the other Android downloading problems people are describing.

Second, I have found on a recent trip that the app does not download *at all* in certain countries, including Malaysia and Russia. If this was policy, it would kind of contravene the conditions under which I signed up for Premium.

Once back in Germany, the downloading behavior reverted to the unsatisfying behavior described earlier.

There has been issues regarding the Syncing issues. I am not aware of any other issues tho.
