Hey, @testa121. Welcome to the Spotify Community!
I'm saddened to hear that your playlists got deleted, but as a Premium subscriber, you’ll need to go online within the app at least once every 30 days. This maybe the reason why your playlists got removed.
Reasons why we need to do this:
Each time you go online, the remaining time is set back to 30 days.
There are no limits for your own local music.
Thanks,
marlonespi

I see. Question is, how many tracks have you already downloaded on your device? If you reach the offline track limit of 3,333 per device (9,999 in total for 3 devices), some of your tracks may be removed. You can check out more info here.
In case you haven't reached the limit, I suggest that you reinstall the app and start a new.
Thanks,
marlonespi

Sorry, you feel that way. If you have tried reinstall the app for a couple of times now and still experiencing the issue, I would suggest that you contact Spotify directly as they can check your account from their end. For sure, they will not leave you behind.
Feel free to contact them here, on Twitter with the @SpotifyCares handle, or on their Facebook page.
Thanks,
marlonespi
