EQ not working, in app equalizer

EQ won't work at all on Moto Z2 Play. Using the wired headphone 3.5mm jack. Setting is set to wired. No effect at all. Please help. Thanks.

Same problem here. Wired or Bluetooth, no difference at all 😞 and with the jbl speaker that clips on the phone the jbl app has an eq w a few presets they work but it is very glitchy 😞
