My Question or Issue

 Hi! I got a J7 2016 android phone. I was listening to music on spotify when suddenly it stops.  I took my phone to a service, and after a really long week, the problems are not my earphones, the software or a hardware proble.It seems like the problem is spotify. Any solucion??
