Equalizer disappeared

Dear Community,

I used to have the equalizer setting functionality on my previous version of Spotify. When I updated it a couple of weeks ago, this option disappeared. Last update (8.4.4.810 armV7) still misses this option.
How could I get it back?

Spotify is running on Android 4.4.2 on my Samsung Galaxy S4 phone.

Just to confirm, did you enable all the permissions for the Spotify equalizer on your device?

Keep in mind that you can enable it on Settings. If so, please try restarting your device.
