Equalizer not working

Hello!

I seem to be having trouble getting the equalizer working on my android. The wierd thing is that works sometimes, and sometimes it just doesn't kick in. At first I thought it had something to do with wether I was on Wi-Fi or not, but seeing as I'm on Wi-Fi now and it's not working, that is not the case.

Phone: OnePlus One
Android version: 5.0.3
Spotify version: 2.6.0.813

Any suggestions on what might solve this? It seems to be working at random, to be honest.

Update: It doesn't matter if I play downloaded or streamed music either, it seems.

I have the same problem here.

Phone: OnePlus One, Android 5.0.2

Spotify 3.0.0.1124

Sometimes the eq works, sometimes it doesn´t. Can´t find the pattern, and there is no too much information.

This is very frustrating, the main reason I´m paying for a premium account on Spotify is to use it in my smartphone, and with no eq, it doesn´t sound good.

Any information will help!
