FIRE Tablet Spotify stops playing after about 1 minute

My Question or Issue

I have an issue where Spotify will stop playing after 1 minute or so. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of Spotify.  The problem persists. Hitting play again, the problem persists.  This problem seemed to manifest itself with the or a recent version of the program.  I have been a Premium subscriber consistently since this service started and I use Spotify as part of my morning workout.  

I don't want to sound disloyal, but xxx xxx is offering 3 months free. I feel like I'm forced to try it right now.   A person needs to work out.

If the issue you reported started by the time you updated Spotify to the latest version, would you mind double-checking if there are any updates available for your tablet's operating system? Performing such updates and reinstalling the app should do the trick in this case.
