Sure. If your account was created with a facebook log in, your username here will be a 10 digit number. Get in touch with the account team here and they'll help you migrate to a username account. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, please reply to it by email and you will hear back from one of the team shortly.

If your username on that page is an alphanumeric spotify username, you can disconnect from facebook by following the instructions in the first part of this FAQ.
