We received some news from internal teams mentioning that this should be fixed by now. So if you're still having this issue, we'd recommend updating your Spotify app to its latest available version.

We tried reproducing the issue by following these steps, but everything seems to be working fine so can you let us know if you're doing the same thing or something else:
Can you also confirm if the issue was fixed for you at some point and if so, when it started happening again? If you haven't already, we recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app, since there might be some damaged cache causing this and it will be removed this way. You can follow the steps here. Afterwards, you can try logging out and back in a couple of times in a row to make sure everything's synced.

Hi Dessi, thanks for this. So I did a quick reinstall but nothing changed. I then did a full wipe and reinstall and then it remembered the filter on the first podcast I changed the filter on, but then I tried on several others and it didn't remember.

It seems like you're experiencing a different issue than the one affecting the Your Episodes playlist, since you mentioned this happening directly on the podcast page. In case you're trying to filter it by Not finished or Downloaded and it reverts to All episodes after you navigate away and come back to the podcast, then you can check out this thread and subscribe to it so you don't miss out on any updates. We've reported this issue to our tech folks and they're currently looking into it, but a reply will be posted there as soon as we have any news.
If you had something else in mind, it'd be great if you can share more info around the issue and the steps to reproduce it so we can take a closer look.
