Folders no longer shown on Android

I use Spotify (free) on a desktop,  laptop and Android.  I organized a large number of playlists into a series of folders (including folders imbedded into other folders).  This setup still works great on my laptop and desktop.  However, I no longer can see any of the folders on my Samsung Android.  When I go to the playlist view, all I get is a huge long list of unorganized playlists. 

What changed?  How do I get them in view again?
