For those with Spotify app slow performance...

I was having a nightmare with the spotify android application with the following

• App became extremely laggy, everything took at least 20-30 seconds once pressed
• Search function took AGES!
• I pressed play then the track started playing 30 seconds later!
• Made my whole handset crash and freeze on occasion!
• Was just a horrible unresponsive experience in the android app

I contacted Spotify Care on twitter and credit where its due, they seem to have fixed all these issues for me!

It was due to my offline devices being duplicated, so apparently this can affect how the app behaves.
