Free Premium Upgrade

Hi

I recently changed my phone and switched to FIDO where I'm supposed to get SPOTIFY premium for free for a year or so.However when I enjtered the code then proceeded to create my account via my facebook profile, it did not work.I have trying for a while now, I keep entering a new code each time but it does not work.I even closed my accountto retry but it still doesn't.

I tried contacting SPOTIFY directly, but they told to try with the community first.

Any help??
