Galaxy S7 Edge crashing

I am running spotify app on Galaxy S7 Edge. The app is constantly crashing and can't stop the track being played, skip or turn off the app. In some cases the volume can't be adjusted either. This happens every time I use the app after around 15 minutes.

Hi. Same happens to me. I use Spotify on a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge as well. Whole App freezes but music continues to play. But i cant change or stop or do anything because app freezes. Its running on Android 6.0.1
