My Question or Issue

 

Hi,

 

I have recently purchased a new tablet, and I am having some issues.

 

1.  I cannot play any songs, the device bar shows finding local devices continually, but no sound is ever played.

2.  Followed playlists show up empty once selected, but if I choose a playlist created by me, or the system has curated for me the tracks show up.

 

I believe as this is a relatively new tablet that it may not quite be fully working and these are bugs that need ironing out.

 

For reference everything works fine on my P20 pro to rule out Spotify server issues.

 

Appreciate any advice?
