General Problems with Android 4.4 KitKat

Hey everyone,

i am still experiencing problems when trying to run Spotify APP on any Android 4.4.X version.

Problems are for example:

-App does not download

-App freezes

-App drains battery rapidly

-App makes phone run hot

Is there any fix for any of these problems?

I have not updated my Phone for such a long time and even went back to a JellyBean Software once, just to use Spotify. But now Android 5 is coming and Spotify is still not working on KitKat.

I would be rather sad to give up Spotify's services, i have been customer for years.

Hi. I know plenty of users on 4.4 running Spotify with no issue, myself included. I strongly recommend reading the troubleshooting guide at the top of this forum as it contains fixes for the most common issues I've seen in this board.
