Google cast not found on Android?

I'm trying to connect to my TV through android. The problem is it's not finding my GoogleCast device. 

I'm pretty sure it's connected before, I strongly remember doing so but now it's not. 

It can find my Desktop and my Smart TV but not my older TV with Gcas. I can still Cast, but it requires me to cast my entire phone through Home instead of Spotify app. 

Any suggestions?
