HTC ChaCha playing jumps and locks

when i play songs (ONLY WHEN SCREEN OFFs, if I unlock screen, the rpoblem solves) online with my spotify, and when I listen it throught my earphones or car bluethooth, it shocks, the song coninues playing but jumping, (like cpu problems)

i have tested with wifi /3g
i have done hard reset
i have tested in two diferent htc chachacha
i have tested with diferents sd cards

the problem started with the lasts version of spotify

please solve it. thanks.
