HTC One M8- Unable to Save To SD

So I've looked through some of the other fixes on the forums and cant seem to find the one for mine. I had a support ticket that fixed my stuttering issue with the app. And the resolution to that was to make the app save to my phone rather then my sd. Now i have the issue of Offline mode saving only to my phone. Is anyone else experiencing this issue or any thing to help. I have the latest update to my M8. I also have a SanDisk Ultra SD 64gb. I've tried formatting my card and all the basic troubleshooting methods. I'd love to hear some other methods to diagnose im open to trying them again but i wanna have something to follow this time.
