Headset (wired) button skip song issue

I have a Nokia 6 with the latest Nougat build. Every time, when my phone is locked and I want to skip a song (double-tap), it skips 2 songs (!). And also, if I want to go to the previous song (three-taps), it skips 2 songs again (same as the 2 tap case). Play/pause (1 tap) works just fine at locked screen.

At unlocked screen everything works just as expected (2 taps: skip song, 3 taps: previous song, 1 tap: play/pause)
