Help...no setup screen = no way to add many artists to follow...

I convinced my mother to get spotify for herself for xmas and showed her how great my one is and how it has great reccomendations. I installed it and apprently she already had an account, so we figured out the password and signed in. It then prompted to upgrade to premium which i advised her to do, so we pai for it and hit next expecting the inital setup where you add a few artists and it reccomends some simliar ones to establish a baseline for your music preferences...unfortunatly it appears she had loged in as a free user when she set it up over a year ago and she has no library whatsoever so it has no iead what she likes. She is not tech savy and does not want to have to sit and think about every single artist that she wants to add... we NEED the set up from the inital log in otherwise it is completly useless to her.
