My Question or Issue
Spotify has suddenly stopped playing over mobile data, says no connection and just suggests premium. However shuffle play over a mobile connection is on the free version. Why does this not work?
Hey @HH344,
Thanks for reaching out.
Let us know if this issue persists once you've performed a clean reinstall on the affected device. We recommend this step since it'll get you the latest app version with all necessary updates and remove any corrupted files from previous installations.
If that doesn't don the trick, could you share screenshots of how your app setting are a configurated, particularly the Data Saver and Audio Quality sections?
Keep us posted! We'll be happy to lend a hand if you need more help.
Hey,
Thanks for your help.

I have attached screenshots of the data saver and audio quality sections below.

Let us know if you notice anything new.

You can also check if your phone works normally with another sim card.
This way you can narrow down the cause of this issue.
