How can I create a live playlist?

I believe there are enough good music in the world, that we don’t "need" to listen to a track twice!

That being said, my question is: How can I create a live playlist, or setup my Spotify in a way that I can listen to new music every time?

*I don’t like to listen to the paid advertised music that are suggested by spotify like Justin B stuff 😉
