How do I force the android spotify app to download all songs in a playlist

When I press the "download playlist" button, sometimes only some of the songs will be downloaded, as shown by the green down arrow. Some songs will remain not downloaded. This appears to be a bug. I have confirmed they are not downloaded by going offline and attempting to play the songs without the arrow and I cannot.

This type of issue with downloads is usually related to some damaged cache stored on your device. So in this case, we'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article as this process will replace all damaged files and ensure you're in the latest version of the app.

If the issue persists, check if your mobile device has any SD card inserted and if so, remove it and try again to see if it makes any difference.
